We have an intermittent issue with our hosted phone system. The phone system is operated by BT, the response from BT is as follows:
“the engineers have found the problem, they believe it to be a hardware issue with their Cisco infrastructure. BT and Cisco are working closely together to resolve the issue.”
Due to the nature of the fault we are unable to implement our back up systems. We have a temporary system in place, please call 01618337562 for assistance.
