The answer will be different for every business, but the main reason is to capture every call that your customers make to you. We are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Once you have your divert number, you control when we take your calls, quickly turning your divert on and off as you wish. 

We usually say three working days get your divert number. Once you have this, you are in control of the rest of the process. In emergency situations, such as our disaster recovery service, we can have you set up and ready to go within the hour. Most businesses opt to receive an email for each message we take. However, if you have other requests, we can usually accommodate those.

That is up to you. Some businesses like to keep us a secret, and some like us to let their customers know they are speaking to an answering service. We will follow whatever protocols you would like us to and are happy to remain anonymous. 

We will still answer it in an average of six seconds. Your phone divert will take as many calls as you need, and we always have enough call agents to make sure all calls are answered, and your customers get the response they need as quickly as possible. 

Your phone number will remain the same, we will give you an additional divert number, but your customers will call your usual number.

Our standard packages operate on a 30-day rolling contract, just let us know before the end of the month, and we can cancel your service. You are always in control of your divert. You can stop your calls coming through to us at any time by turning it off. 

Yes, we are always happy to welcome people into the Phoneta family, and as a thank you gift, you’ll receive their sign up fee as a credit on your account. Just tell them to let us know you sent them, and we’ll do the rest. 

Our standard call package starts from £25 per month for basic call answering. We have different packages available and are always happy to create a bundle price for you. We usually aim for three working days; however, if you have an emergency situation, we can speed the process up. We have businesses set up and taking calls for them within an hour with our disaster recovery service.
