Phoneta Celebrate Outstanding Results at The London Vets Show 2017

Phoneta Celebrate Their First London Vets Show.

Phoneta are celebrating a successful exhibition at the London Vets Show 2017. After a long drive from Cornwall the team were set up and ready to show off their services to new and existing clients. There was a great attendance at the show with early indications of an increased footfall on last year with the majority of exhibitors re-booking for next year including Phoneta.

The first day got off to a buzz and by late morning the event was in full swing.  The crowds started to fill the isles and after re-branding to Phoneta, Anthony and the team got to meet existing clients to discuss the new look. Anthony said “It was great to meet our existing clients and for us it was good to talk them through the new look, and the additional services we now offer”. He went on to say “Most of our vets use our Out of hours service, however are now considering us for the daytime overflow, this has been a real success for us.”

Throughout the second day the team were amazed by the volume of people at the show. Rudi Grenfell (Business Manager) said ” I feel the second day has been busier. The amount of people we have seen on the stand has increased”. Also attending the show was Richard Woods (Sales and Marketing Manager) “We have already committed to attend the show next year. This has been our first year and we are delighted with the number of people we have met. It has been great to meet some clients for the first time and also to be part of some engaging conversations. When we had to consider re-booking we never gave it a second thought.”

At the event visitors were encouraged to fill in a form and have their photo taken for the chance to win a CAT S-30 Mobile Phone worth around £200. there was over 180 entries for this prize and the winner was Ceel Gould from Pet Care.

Phoneta have added some great new services to their portfolio. Early next year will see the launch of the new Lone Worker App along with the ability to purchase the range of CAT mobile phones. Along with call message handling, Phoneta have developed a outbound telesales division headed up by Liam Kemp. Phoneta will be able to make a series of outbound calls for appointment making, clients research, outbound sales and data cleansing. More information will follow on the website shortly.
